We, Japan Toyomoto Tire Corp. (hereinafter called Japan Toyomoto) manufacture tires by combination of Japanese and European tire manufacturing technology and know-how, especially in radial tire sector. The main tire brand promoted by Japan Toyomoto is now TIREBOT. The product range is as wide as covering PCR, UHP, SUV, LTR, TBR and OTR radial tires, all of which are well certified.  

We also commit ourselves in implementing technological achievement transformation and technical licensing of radial tire manufacturing technology, upgrading and improving tire enterprises and their products, diagnosing process technology and product quality, conducting information exchanges and technical training as well as providing consultations on construction of tire manufacturing projects.

Besides our production facility which is equipped with the latest and intelligent machines, we have a strong technical team of senior specialists in various professions such as research, development and manufacturing of different tires, rubber manufacturing machinery, general utilities, thermodynamics, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, electrical engineering, automatic control, enterprise management, industrial statistics and civil engineering design, etc. for specified technical services and support.

Our radial tire technology in particular are the most state-of-the-art through continuous digestion and absorption, active adaptation to global tire technology trend, such as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) in EU and SMARTWAY in the US, a process of evolution for more than 20 years, including but not limited to the research, development and improvement on tire formulation design, structure design, process design, quality control, rubber mixing process and new materials, etc.
